If you have noticed, I didn’t really posted many pix of my son here from day 1 when he was born until now. It is because I am a private type of a woman when it comes to him and a protective one as well. There are many possible things here over the net and when it comes to him, I’d prefer to keep it between me, my family and friends instead of broadcasting his photos over the net. Everyone has a choice though and for me, I stick it this way. Anyway, he’s getting bigger and bigger now and measures 60 cm. Time flies so fast and he’ll be turning 2 mos. old this coming sunday. Soon, we’ll be travelling in south east of France and hopefully by that time, he’ll be a lot bigger and will cry less during the day. Though I was really hoping to travel Florida and to try any of Florida vacation rentals, but then, I have so many paperworks to do plus his passport. Maybe one day this plan will come true.

Another busy week once again. Will have generaliste rendez-vous tomorrow morning for my son’s vaccine and then wednesday and thursday will be my reeducation perineale course. Hayyy! I can’t easily move now because of my son. Preparing his entire things and he, himself almost take me an hour everytime we go out plus another 30 minutes for a commute going to the center. Well, though it’s like that, I like it as well and my son’s smiles instantly take my stress away. That’s how it is as a mother :-). I’m really hoping that I’ll have enough time in the next weeks to look for a modern furniture. I’ve been thinking of adding something in our bedroom but so far, all these ideas remain inside my head ONLY.

I’m starting to hate our kitchen’s floor tiles. I don’t like the color and would love to change it. But what can I do? This is not our property and we’re only renting this place. Too bad because the apartment is not bad at all except for these floor tiles and the installations of the different wirings. Seriously, I doubt if the owner really care about their property. I do think really that all they care for is the monthly rental they’ll be receiving every month. We complained several times already about the wirings here but we hear nothing from them. Too selfish and too greedy! May God bless them.

Haaayy, so many bills to pay. Taxes left and right, electricity, cellphone bills, insurances (car, house, scooter and etc.) and many others. OUff! It’s tiring to think all these expenses and yet, there’s no salary increase until now. Good thing we have an affordable term life insurance and transferred to this insurance company. With our former insurance company, we’re paying almost 800 €. It’s so uncredible and so heavy in our pocket. France is indeed a tax and an insurance country. Based from what I hear, maternity hospital won’t entertain you if you don’t have a sure insurance account. Would you believe that? But no idea if this is true ha but so far, it’s nice to have a security sociale here because they refund a portion of hospitalisation and laboratory consultations and medicines are almost free.

- I was into a meme thing before when I first started here. Things changed when I got pregnant until now. I’m just so busy

- As much as I could and if my time permits me to do so. Seriously, it’s been quite sometime since the last time I visited my friends’ blogs and if I update my blog, it’s always about the research of different subjects. For example today, I’m searching for acne spot treatment and other stuffs but I don’t really stay that long online.

A child in me wakes up once again. Been begging and suggesting hubby that maybe it will be a great idea if we go à Paris and visit Disneyland so that I’ll be able to relax and unwind after my pregnancy. Hahahha what an excuse isn’t it? Did he believed me? Absolutely not! It’s the contrary for him. Well, aside from the fact that I wanna go and see Paris all over again, I really wanna visit Disneyland and see my favorite cartoon characters for real like Cinderella, Mickey Mouse and etc. See? I’m still young at heart :-). But seriously, I have this idea because of the Disney vacation packages I saw online. Goodness! Thanks God! Yes! I am very thankful because I never thought I’ll be receiving loads of tasks these much and it started since last week. We all know that employment is everywhere even here in my place and to tell you frankly, for a foreigner like me, it’s hard to find a decent job not unless if you’re a picky type of a person. But for the moment, I prefer to enjoy these times with my newly borned son and then work later on when he’s bigger. Time flies so fast and I want to see every progress he has and will have, and wanna see him grow day by day. That’s what I consider an accomplishment for me. To tell you honestly, he grows so fast and has improved a lot. At 1 month old and 2 weeks, he talks to us already on his own baby language everytime we’re talking to him and does things already that are usually for babies 3 months old.

I hate it when a person thinks that life is easy once you’re living abroad. Grgrgrgrg! They just don’t have any single idea how different and difficult life is here especially when it comes to finances. People back home think that money is easy here and this is absolutely not true. True that the amount is very big once converted to peso but goods and commodities here are expensive as well. We have many bills and taxes to pay plus the rentals and insurances and etc. They don’t understand that no matter how many times I explain them about this subjec. Crab mentality indeed! It’s easy for them to make their demands and if I won’t grant it, they’ll treat me as if I’m not a part of their lives. Stupidness!!!!! As if they scare me huh?!!! My blood is boiling! Anyway, will take a me time first in order to release this stress out and will then look for epiduo. Huh, Life’s difficult.

Hayyy, it feels like I’m a student all over again. Sissy asked me to help her term paper about eczema and eczema treatment. This is her assigned subject for her to be able to graduate. Is it like that these days? If I recall my time, none of my teachers asked us for a term paper as one of the requirements for graduation. We just had theater scenes at my time and some book compilations of something. Oufff! I’m tired but have to help her in order for her to graduate and so that her teacher will sign her clearance as well. I know nothing about this subject so I, on the other hand, found this topic difficult as well plus my son’s crying from time to time. Oh lalalala! Multitasking all over again.

A friend will be giving birth very soon and it’s nice to know that she’ll be having a bouncing baby boy. She’s been telling me that she can’t wait to see her baby for real and to wrap him around her arms. How sweet! I’d understand her and I’ve been there. It is indeed different once you become a mom and a parent. It’s a magic and the feeling is undeniably beautiful :-). Though it’s kinda tiring at first, and the baby will grow up so fast without even knowing how time flies so easily. She’s still taking her prenatal vitamins and has her monthly check-up. To my friend, I’m very happy for you sweetie. You’ll be one certified momma finally. Welcome to the club!

 A lot of people have asked me where’s the picture of my son Raphaël as I didn’t post even a photo of him in any of my 3 blogs. Sorry guys and gals but I’m so busy and life has changed since I gave birth to my little angel. Sleepless nights and loads of work are always behind me and that’s the main reason why I rarely go online. I’m still adjusting this new role of mine and is getting to know my son more and more. He changes from time to time and he’s driving me nuts when he cries. Funny and enerving sometimes but I love it. This is the crazy world of becoming a momma :-)). One of my New Year’s resolution for 2010 is to do green shopping and to use bio products. It’s not because bio products are getting more and more famous but because I wanna help save our earth as well in my own little way. Aside from the fact that bio products are good, I like it because it is absolutely good for one’s health as it don’t have harmful ingredients or preservatives. I’ve been here for almost 3 years and until now, I haven’t tried skiing yet. Isn’t it bad? It’s one of the things I hope to do next year to go somewhere for a ski vacation together with my friends and family. You may say that I’ve missed half of my life but it’s not late yet for me right? Ok I’ll admit it that I hate layers of clothing when it’s cold but it must be very amazing to see when everything around you is white and is filled with ice. Funny but that’s the child part in me that’s been hidden for years. My dream? Hmmm, will be to go in Alps one day. I’ve heard that it’s the best place for skiing here in France and everyone’s dreaming to go here. That’s one of the things as well why I wanna see Alps for real.

Their smiles are absolutely perfect and their teeth are very eye catching. Wanna have that as well but so bad, I’m not gifted to have it. Though I know that there are many possibilities in order to accomplish it but it will take time for me. That’s how I thought about it especially my case.
