- hmmmm just last month

How confident are you in your barbecue skills?
- if I have to rate from 1-10 and 10 as the highest, 8 will be the rate I’m going to give to myself. When cooking meat, I really like it when it’s brownish and well done and hubby doesn’t like it. Depending on the kind of meat, he prefers it soft sometimes and half cooked, I DON’T!

1. What was the last meal that caused you to be ill?
- hmmmm it was a long time ago and it was these tarts that I bought at the bakery.

2. Are there any places you never dine anymore because of a bad experience hours after the meal?
- hmmm yeah

3. What’s your prescription for dealing with a food-caused illness?
- immediately go at the doctor. That’s the best thing for me!

4. When friends tell you about coming down with food-caused illnesses, do you avoid the places they name, or do you figure it’s a dice-roll wherever you go?
- I don’t go to these place that my friends told me. I just want to avoid the possible food-caused illnesses especially now that medication and hospitalization are expensive.

5. After numerous citations, a very, very popular restaurant that you’re quite fond of is shut down by the health department until it can get everything up to code. When the health department gives the restaurant the o.k. to reopen, do you go?
- Yes. I guess when a health agency gives a permit to a specific restaurant, that would certainly mean that the resto has met the code of ethics shall we say.

1. What are some recurring dreams you’ve had?
- nothing very special these last nights. Before, it was about snake and something like that

2. What is the significance of dreams in telling you about yourself?
- Sometimes my dreams make me cry especially when there’s family involve on it. People do tell that dreams can turn to reality as well. On my case, when I dream of falling teeth and something like that, I instantly bite something wooden to cast the bad luck away because they said that falling teeth or tooth means that somebody in the family will die. When the family subject comes in, I’m really quite sensitive about it

3. How do you feel after you’ve had one of THOSE dreams?
- bad one’s? I cried and was sad of course. But after calling myy family to check if everything is doing great, that made me feel more relaxed and peaceful.

4.What was the last dream you remember?
- I was with my highschool classmates and we went at the beach. Everybody was having a great time and two of them announced that they’ll be getting married.

5. When did you last dream about something that later happened as you dreamt it?
- hmmm couldn’t remember it exactly but sometimes, dreams are quite weird. There are some situations that happen and when I am at this situation, it made me think that I’m at this situation already and have experienced all these things already. Have you guys experienced it?

What’s something you love and is quite bad for you?
- I love chocolates and nuts but it’s bad for me because my pimples start to pop-up when I eat. So I have to avoid it if I really want to become a pimple-free woman. Pimples have been my problem for over a year here already in France and it gets more pinkish when the season changes ggrgrgrgr

What’s something you hate and is quite good for you?
- hmmmmm I hate it when I’m in the mood to shop but I cannot do it because I’ve got monthly expenses to pay. Jezzz, it’s good because that would mean that I can do my projects well but thinking about it makes me feel bad coz I’m working too hard and I can’t get the things that I want because of the responsibilities I’ve got in PI. I wonder when will they grow

What’s something that’s about equally good and bad for you?
- hmmmm I can’t think of anything else right now

What’s something you’ve been told is bad for you but you suspect is not as bad as people say?
- somebody has told me that wearing mini skirts are bad for me but I don’t think so. As far as I know, I look good at it knowing that I always have my monthly legs waxing and I don’t have any scars too.

What’s something most people consider ugly but you consider beautiful?
- Havaianas especially the one’s that’s a little bit higher. I’ve noticed that people here just prefer the very flat and the simplest one as in simple (plain color) only. It’s beautiful for me but that not much.

friday5.jpeg

-D’accord (ok) and pas de probleme (no probleme). These 2 words are the very common words you’ll hear in my class.

2. What item in your house has seen too much use lately?
- Computer and laptop. Hubby and I can’t live without it especially me. When travelling for a couple of days, I always make sure that my laptop comes with me as well :-)

3. What’s a word or phrase your friends would ask you to use a lot less, if you were to ask their opinion?
-hmmm nothing I guess but I’m not sure about it

4. What’s something in your life that’s pretty much been used up and needs replacing?
-mine is not a thing but my bad attitude and that’s laziness hhehehe. I guess it’s pretty much already and it has to be replaced by something that is positive. True that I’ve wasted too much time for a year already and looking back those times, made me realized that I could have done something or too many things.

5. In what way have you been overused lately?
- Hmmm rien à speciale :-)

Friday 5 for April 4: Pancakes

2. How do you like your pancakes?
- I don’t like it that much honestly.

- a pancake with chocolate syrup on the top and a little whip of light cream hehehehe

- years ago already and it’s my mom. She likes to do pancakes for us very much and I miss it :-)
